Born in 1949 in Mariupol, he has been working in the construction industry for about 50 years.
Career:
He began his career as a construction site foreman of the company Khimbud of the trust Donetskmetalurgbud in 1971.
1980-1983 — Chief Engineer of Capital Construction Department in Donetsk Machine-Building Plant named after Lenin Youth Union.
Since 1983 — Director of Building Materials Plant.
1986 - 1988 — Chief Engineer of Donetsk plant Thermal Insulation.
1989-1990 — Deputy CEO of the scientific and industrial association Etalon.
1990 - 2006 — CEO of the Joint Ukrainian-Croatian Enterprise GERC INCO.
Since 2006 till now, he has been holding the position of the President of the Investment-Building Group GERC.

He is fully engaged in developing the building complex proposals on the legislative activity, introduction of the latest technologies and innovative programmes in the industry.
Deputy of the City Council of Donetsk of the XXIV convocation.
Member of the expert group of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Construction, Urban Development and Housing.
Head of the Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine on entrepreneurship in the construction industry.
In 2011, he was elected as Senator for Ukraine in the European Economic Senate. Direction: Architecture and Urban Planning.
In 2012, he was appointed Honorary Consul of the Republic of Croatia in Ukraine under the Consular Patent and Vienna Convention.
In 2012, he was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine.
In 2014, he was awarded with the status of an arbitrator at the Permanent Court of Arbitration “Constructional”.
