Born in 1971, he has been working in the construction industry for more than 20 years.
Career:
1994-2002 — CEO of Corona Club LLC.
2002-2003 — President of ХХІ century LLC.
2003-2005 — Chairman of the Board of JSC “Investment company of “ХХІ century”.
2005-2012 — Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CJSC “Investment company of “ХХІ century” and he was among the first in Ukraine whose company got listed through an IPO.
2013-2014 — Chairman of the Board of Invest Capital Development LLC.
2015-2016 — First Deputy Head of Kyiv Regional State Administration.
2016-2019 — Deputy Minister for Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities.
Social activity:
2005-2011 — Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ukrainian Construction Association.
2011 till now — President of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine, which unites over 900 construction companies and relevant organizations.
2011 — initiated the reforms in the construction industry that greatly simplified licensing and conciliatory procedures in construction and allowed Ukraine to raise in Doing Business ranking by the indicator Dealing with Building Permits.
2016-2019 — While being the Deputy Minister, he was actively engaged in the construction industry reforms, which enabled Ukraine to raise from the 140th to 20th position out of 186 countries in the last Doing Business ranking by the indicator Dealing with Building Permits.
