The Confederation of Builders of Ukraine (CBU):
- continues to actively operate even under martial law;
- unites over 900 members, representing more than 100,000 employees in the construction and related sectors;
- has a presence in all the regions of Ukraine;
- the only representative of Ukraine in the European Construction Industry Federation (FIEC), it includes 32 national Member Federations in 27 European countries*;
- is actively working to attract Ukrainian and foreign construction companies to rebuild Ukraine. And today the companies - CBU Members are actively involved in the restoration of destroyed or partially damaged facilities;
- holds regular online and offline events for the representatives of construction business and relevant industries attended by representatives of the state authority, local self-government bodies, international partners and market leaders.
*On the CBU initiate and following many meetings with FIEC, the Task Force FIEC – EIC “Ukraine”, which unites European construction business for the future reconstruction of our country, was established. During the Task Force meetings, the issues of providing assistance to Ukraine, including training abroad of Ukrainian builders and development of proposals are actively discussed. Among recent developments, there are Recommendations for the Future Reconstruction of Ukraine on the future reconstruction basic principles for the international community.
