🏗 CBU Business Day: pricing reform, digitalization of construction, and the new architecture of the public procurement market

On June 18, 2026, the CBU Business Day and Board of Directors meeting were held, dedicated to the key areas of development in the construction industry: updating the pricing system, digitalization, public procurement reform, deregulation, and the development of human resources.

🧑‍⚖️ The event brought together representatives of state authorities, business, expert, and educational communities. The discussion focused on the practical implementation of reforms and the formation of a unified digital ecosystem for Ukraine's construction industry.
During the first panel, the discussion focused on forming a new pricing system in construction as one of the key elements of a transparent and predictable reconstruction market.

2️⃣ The second panel: the discussion focused on deregulation, digitalization, and updating the architectural and construction control system.
Also, during the discussion panel, a special block took place: "Presentation of the launch of the CBU 'Quality Mark' initiative."

📚 During the meeting, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine and representatives of the construction products market, aimed at developing open data, digital tools, and increasing transparency in the construction industry.

Also, personnel decisions were made, CBU committees were updated, and new members of the organization were announced.
