🏅 CBU "QUALITY MARK": Vocational Education and Business Shape the Industry's Human Resources Potential

Tetiana Hryn, Senior Master of the Kyiv Professional College "SYNERGY", which has become a participant in the CBU "QUALITY MARK" initiative, shared her vision for the development of modern vocational education and cooperation with business.

The CBU "QUALITY MARK" is implemented in cooperation with the sequa "Professional Synergy" project within the framework of the хештег#Skills4Recovery initiative.

💬 "For our institution, participating in this project is an important step toward improving the quality of vocational education and strengthening cooperation between education and business.

Our institution constantly updates the content of educational programs in accordance with the modern requirements of the construction industry. We pay special attention to the practical training of students, working with modern equipment, and developing professional and digital competencies. This allows our graduates to be competitive and quickly adapt to real production conditions.

One of the biggest challenges today is the rapid development of technology and the need to promptly update the material and technical base. During the post-war recovery of Ukraine, the demand for highly qualified construction personnel will only grow, so the vocational education system must be as flexible and practice-oriented as possible.

Cooperation with employers is one of the priority areas of our institution's activities. Industrial practice takes place at partner enterprises, where students have the opportunity to work with modern materials, equipment, and technologies directly in production. For many students, this practice becomes the first step toward future employment," noted Tetiana Hryn.
