CBU Took Part in GICC 2023

🏗️Restoration of the infrastructure of Ukraine with the involvement of the experience and investments of the Republic of Korea

🌐On September 19, 2023, a special session "Rebuilding the infrastructure of Ukraine" was held in Seoul (Republic of Korea) as part of the Global infrastructure cooperation conference (GICC 2023), in which the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine took part.

📜In the framework of the conference, a tripartite Memorandum on cooperation on infrastructure restoration was signed between the International Contractors Association of Korea (ICAK), the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine and the Association of Polish Federation of Construction Employers.

This Memorandum envisages the exchange of experience, assistance in finding partners, contractors, and suppliers, which enable the implementation of joint objects for the reconstruction of the Ukrainian market and advancement in the European construction market.

👤Also at the conference with a report on the topic: "Recovery of Ukraine: Challenges. Need. Priorities.” executive director Oleksandr Chervak spoke on behalf of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine. He acquainted the participants of the conference with the peculiarities of the building market of Ukraine, the prospects of reconstruction, the first implemented restoration objects, including infrastructure objects, residential buildings, etc.

It should be noted that GICC 2023 is an important event that once again demonstrated the high interest and serious approach of Korean business and state institutions to involvement in the process of reconstruction of Ukraine, development of its infrastructure destroyed by Russian aggression.
