🌐 Commercial Bank GLOBUS — PARTNER BANK 2025!

☑️ GLOBUS Bank has been operating since 2007 and has been issuing mortgage loans for real estate purchases on the primary market since 2015. The bank actively participates in the implementation of the "eOselia" state mortgage program.

⚖️ 90% of the loans under the "eOselia" program were issued for the purchase of primary market real estate. The bank is also actively developing lending programs for small and medium-sized businesses, with a primary focus on the state program "5-7-9."

GLOBUS Bank is a participant in state energy efficiency programs for homeowners' associations (OSBB) and citizens — "EnergoDim" and "GreenDim." In almost 4 months since the launch of the preferential energy lending programs, the bank has issued 113 loans totaling more than UAH 90.7 million.

Additionally, the bank has implemented a comprehensive support program for war veterans called "Banking for Veterans," which provides special credit terms for veteran entrepreneurs.
