🏆 Dnipro Island RC has won the award in the "AMBITIOUS ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT: RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX 2025" category!

Dnipro Island is a comfort+ class residential complex by Creator-Bud, located in Osokorky, near the Dnipro River.

🏘️ The project consists of four low-rise buildings on a landscaped territory covering 4.5 hectares. Each building will feature its own unique architecture, which together creates a distinctive living experience within a vibrant, organic space.

The buildings are equipped with autonomous heating, energy-efficient windows, and increased insulation thickness. The inner courtyard will feature a park with a dry lake, relaxation zones, sports grounds, and children's playgrounds.

⛳ The project is being built near the Berkoushchyna Bay—a quiet location slightly tucked away from the main traffic flow and the crowds heading to the River Mall shopping center.
