🎓 Dual education and cooperation between business and education are the key to preparing modern personnel for the construction industry of Ukraine
On June 18, 2026, during the CBC Business Day, Anna Arnaut, a member of the CBC Qualification Commission for the implementation of the CBC "QUALITY MARK" sectoral evaluation (award) system, Head of the "Private Sector Engagement" direction of the "Public-Private Partnership for Improving Vocational Education in Ukraine" project by Swisscontact, EDUP project, shared her vision of the role of dual education in the development of the construction industry and supported the CBC "QUALITY MARK" initiative.
The CBC "QUALITY MARK" initiative is implemented in cooperation with the sequa "Vocational Synergy" project within the хештег#Skills4Recovery initiative.
💬 "We believe this is a crucially important initiative for implementing dual education in Ukraine.
Today, international experience in dual education has already proven its practicality and effectiveness in training vocational education students. Dual education will allow students to master the necessary skills relevant to the demands of the modern labor market while still studying. This will save time and money for entrepreneurs and avoid the need to retrain students after graduation.
This is also an opportunity to popularize the profession and show students the realities of future employment and a workplace where they can work.
We also believe this initiative will become an example for many professional associations in supporting business in Ukraine through the bonus system developed by the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine for the Confederation's members," noted Anna Arnaut.
