🏗️ Full-Cycle Project Implementation and Contribution to Construction Sector Development

On March 18, 2026, during the extended meeting of the KBU Board of Directors held within Business Day KBU, Yevhenii Biniavskyi, Commercial Director of “BGV Development” LLC, a member of KBU, outlined the company’s approach to project implementation in construction.

🏘️ Established in 2024 as part of the BGV Group Management investment group, the company operates across the full development cycle — from land acquisition to project delivery — in residential, commercial, and infrastructure segments.

💡 It was noted that, despite being a young team, the company has already completed and launched several projects independently and in partnership. Its approach is based on thorough evaluation of development opportunities, with a focus on market demand, community needs, and the creation of modern real estate solutions for end users.

📝 Among the key projects are the premium cottage town “Equides Villas” in the Kyiv region, the “Zhito” shopping center and residential developments in Zhytomyr in partnership with Art House Group, the “BOSTON Creative House” residential project in Kyiv, as well as a commercial project in Boyarka.

📍 The company plans further expansion in Kyiv and its suburbs, as well as in regional markets.

🤝 BGV Development considers participation in KBU as an opportunity to engage in industry processes, contribute to professional dialogue between business and government, and exchange experience with market participants to support the development and recovery of the sector.
