🏆 Gravity Park RC has won an award at the UKRAINIAN SPECIAL BUILDING AWARDS IBUILD 2025!

🍃 Gravity Park RC is the first energy-independent residential complex by Creator-Bud. The first phase of the project includes five mid-rise buildings set amidst the greenery of the capital's Sviatoshynskyi district. From their windows and terraces, residents will enjoy views of mature trees surrounding playgrounds, quiet relaxation areas, and a network of walking alleys in a forest-park zone.

🔋 The project will provide residents with an uninterrupted power supply under any conditions, thanks to solar panels, inverters, and batteries. Gravity Park features the Free Watt electricity tariff — a special power supply program for residents at a favorable price. The cost of electricity is only UAH 2.30 per kWh.

The complex includes its own school, kindergarten, and a shopping and entertainment center with a supermarket, cinema, fitness club, swimming pools, and restaurants, which also serves as a sound barrier from the avenue noise.
