👤 Grzegorz Gajda, Senior Urban Development Specialist at the European Investment Bank (EIB), will speak at RECOVERY CONSTRUCTION FORUM 4.0, to be held on 13 November 2025 in Warsaw, Poland.

He will join the panel discussion “A New Housing Policy for Ukraine’s Recovery.”

💬 “The housing sector has suffered the most from Russia’s full-scale invasion. To support internally displaced persons, veterans, single parents, and other vulnerable groups, Ukraine will develop a modern housing policy that includes public rental housing based on the best European practices. The European Investment Bank, the EU’s bank, is the largest international financial institution operating in this sector,” notes Grzegorz Gajda.

We will discuss this and more at Recovery Construction Forum 4.0.
The forum will serve as a platform for ongoing communication between the construction sectors of partner countries to accelerate Ukraine’s recovery.
