🏦 Housing construction financing and mortgage development in Ukraine

Volodymyr Chornenkyi, Member of the Management Board and Director of Retail Business at SKY BANK JSC, which joined the CBU Board of Directors on June 18, 2026, spoke about the bank's activities, its role in the development of housing lending, and its participation in government mortgage programs.

The bank is actively working on developing a transparent market, improving housing lending programs, and expanding the construction industry's access to financial resources. That is why we joined the CBU as a platform for forming joint solutions, developing mortgages and project financing, as well as creating transparent market rules", noted Volodymyr Chornenkyi.
