🖼️ Kumeiko Architects — "PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL STUDIO FOR THE RESTORATION OF CULTURAL HERITAGE SITES 2025"!

🏰 The company is carrying out the restoration of a non-residential building (a Profit House built in 1897-1899, a local monument of architecture and urban planning, protection number 658-Kv), located at 24-A Andriivskyi Uzviz in the Podilskyi district of Kyiv.

The goal of this project is to restore the authentic decorative elements of the building and the original facade colors, while adapting the structure to modern requirements for comfortable and safe operation.

📍 This is one of the first privately owned sites on Andriivskyi Uzviz to undergo a full-scale restoration and adaptation.
