🏙️ New Residential Projects and Modern Urban Development: KBU as a Platform for Knowledge Exchange

On March 18, 2026, during the extended meeting of the CBU Board of Directors held within Business Day KBU, Oleksandr Osyka, Head of “Vyshhorodmiska Rekonstruktsiia-1” LLC, a CBU member, presented the company’s current projects and development plans.

🏗️ The company, operating in Vyshhorod, is implementing its first residential project, Vyshhorod City Park, which is nearing completion. It was noted that over 800 apartments have already been constructed and delivered to investors, reflecting a high level of trust from the market.

Despite the challenging conditions in recent years, the company has adapted to changes, including updates to building regulations, and continues to develop new projects. In the near term, the company plans to complete the final stage of Vyshhorod City Park and is actively preparing to launch a new residential project aimed at creating a modern urban environment.
