🗓️On February 27, 2024, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the CBU Oleksandr Rotov joined the webinar by Crowe Mikhailenko.

In particular, the following topics were discussed during the webinar:

✔️1. Investing using future real estate objects: current problems and solutions.

✔️2. Using of own capital: issuance of loans, assignment of claim rights.

✔️3. Сollective investment institutions activity and operations with assets: different readings and methods of interpretation.

✔️4. Interest-bearing loans from collective investment institutions and the borrower's expenses.

Oleksandr Rotov noted that today the "rules of the game" are changing in the construction market and businesses must be ready.

🏗️Nowadays, one of the urgent issues for developers is the mechanism of registration of special property rights for future real estate objects in The State Register of Property Rights to Real Estate, which became operational in June 2023. Therefore, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the CBU reminded that at the beginning of the current year, the Confederation, together with its partners, held an event at which both technical and legal issues of the process were discussed as part of a dialogue with the authorities. In addition, on the CBU platform, a member of the Board of Directors of the CBU, Sempra Law, held a webinar on the topic: "Special property rights for future real estate objects: practical points of registration in the Single Electronic System in the Construction Sector."

At the same time, previously Ukrainian builders mainly worked with the Construction Financing Fund. And according to experts, sufficient confidentiality and security of investors was guaranteed in this way. However, in Ukraine there are new rules for investing in residential construction - the purchase and sale of future real estate objects and their special registration.

👤At the end, Oleksandr Rotov once again emphasized the importance of discussing changes in the construction market and wished the participants an active, interesting discussion.
