📑 On 16 February, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine and SERCOBE (Asociación Nacional de Fabricantes de Bienes de Equ)!

The Ukrainian side signed the Memorandum at the Spanish Embassy in Ukraine, and the Spanish side signed it at the Ukrainian Embassy in Spain.

👥 On behalf of the CBU, the Memorandum was signed by Lev Partskhaladze, President of the CBU, and Oleksandr Chervak, CEO of the CBU, in the presence of Ricardo López-Aranda Hagu, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Spain to Ukraine. 

👤 On behalf of SERCOBE, the memorandum was signed by José Ignacio Mora, Director General, in the presence of Yulia Sokolovska, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Kingdom of Spain and Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the World Tourism Organisation.    

📍 The purpose of the Memorandum is to establish a framework for collaboration and mutual understanding between the Parties to promote the reconstruction of Ukraine, including investment and financing from Spanish companies and the Spanish Administration..

The cooperation will cover the following issues:

🔸 Collaboration and technology transfer between Spanish and Ukrainian companies.

🔸 Supply and installation in Ukraine of capital goods manufactured by Spanish companies.

🔸 Financing of reconstruction projects executed by Spanish companies in infrastructure, generation capacity, water treatment, and other industrial sectors. 

🔸 Promotion of investment in Ukraine by Spanish companies.

SERCOBE is a national association of capital construction equipment manufacturers, which aims to protect the interests of manufacturers and promote the establishment of links between various entities in the Spanish industrial sector.
