📝 On November 12, 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine (CBU) and the Integrated Hospital Design Alliance (IHDA)!

👥 On behalf of CBU, the Memorandum was signed by Lev Partskhaladze, President of CBU, and Oleksandr Chervak, CEO of CBU.

On behalf of IHDA , the Memorandum was signed by:

👤 Jukka Vasara, Vice President, Granlund Oy 

👤 Kari Kauniskangas, CEO, One Architects Oy

👤 Kimmo Lintula, Chairman, Arkkitehtitoimisto K2S Oy

👤 Tuomas Kahri, CEO, NHG Finland Oy

📍 The purpose of the Memorandum is to establish principles under which the Parties agree to cooperate on a pilot project regarding the realization by IHDA of a standard design concept for healthcare facilities in Ukraine 

🤝 Finnish experts, leveraging their extensive international experience in healthcare facility design, will develop a project for the reuse of healthcare facilities in Ukraine, while Ukrainian architects will adapt it together with IHDA to national standards.

📋 Communities will be able to freely apply these projects for public and municipal initiatives.

The implementation of this pilot project is funded by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland.
