💼 Online Career Fair: Opportunities for Students 

🗓️ On April 16, 2026, an online Career Fair for students was held, organized by the O. M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv, a member of the CBU, aimed at establishing direct dialogue between young people and leading employers in the industry.

💭 Opening the online fair, Nataliia Vlasenko, a specialist at the Center for Pre-University Education and Career at O. M. , emphasized that the career fair is aimed at establishing direct dialogue between students and employers, familiarizing young people with labor market opportunities, and shaping a modern vision of professional development.

During the event, participants received practical information about current employer needs and had the opportunity to communicate directly with business representatives. Special attention was paid to labor market trends in the construction industry: Oleksandr Chervak, CEO of the CBU, presented an expert perspective on employers’ needs and opportunities for young professionals, emphasizing the importance of updating approaches to workforce training and strengthening collaboration between education and business.

💭 “The construction industry is already facing a shortage of qualified personnel, which requires systemic solutions at the level of education and the labor market. In this context, it is crucial to develop a modern model of specialist training that combines a strong theoretical foundation with practical experience and active involvement of business in this process” he noted.

👥 Representatives of leading companies took part in the event, presenting employment and professional development opportunities for students.

🚇 In particular, a representative of Kharkiv Metro invited students to learn more about the enterprise’s operations and explore future employment opportunities.

👷 A representative of MHP Group informed participants about career opportunities within the company and conducted an interactive survey among students regarding their year of study, chosen specialty, and geographic distribution, with the aim of identifying a potential talent pool and adapting opportunities for young professionals.
