CBU was represented by President Lev Partskhaladze and CEO Oleksandr Chervak.
🧱 Lev Partskhaladze presented the activities and initiatives of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine. He emphasized the shortage of construction materials and the related potential for setting up production, particularly within industrial parks.
Cooperation between Ukrainian and Japanese businesses holds great promise, particularly in the introduction of innovative technologies, robotics, BIM, artificial intelligence, and advanced construction materials.
Recently, CBU signed a Memorandum of Understanding with DAIWA HOUSE EUROPE B.V. The aim of the document is to consolidate efforts to create equal competitive conditions for all participants in the construction market and to attract resources to the sector.
Lev Partskhaladze also presented the "Architectural Navigator" initiative to the Japanese colleagues. This tool is designed to enable reconstruction that is twice as fast, twice as cost-efficient, while ensuring high quality and minimizing corruption risks.
📜 Andrii Ozeichuk, Chairman of the Board of the Ukrainian Center for Steel Construction (UCBC), emphasized that Ukraine is capable of delivering highly complex construction projects in full compliance with EU standards.
🌇 Olena Ryzhova, Intergal-Bud, a member of the Board of Directors of the CBU, highlighted the latest developments in the residential construction market. She identified key challenges such as rising construction costs, labor shortages, and constrained demand.
We thank our Japanese colleagues for their interest in Ukraine’s construction market. CBU remains open to further cooperation to ensure the swift and high-quality reconstruction of Ukraine.
WE WILL WIN AND REBUILD EVERYTHING! 💪
TOGETHER TO VICTORY!
GLORY TO UKRAINE! 💙💛
