💼 RegularMeeting of the Technical Working Group of the Interdepartmental Working Group on the Development of the State Housing Policy Strategy
📅 On February 6, 2026, the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine a meeting of the Technical Working Group of the Interdepartmental Working Group on the Development of the State Housing Policy Strategy, dedicated to coordinating approaches and interim developments regarding the formation of strategic and operational goals for the future document.
🧩 During the meeting, the moderators of the Technical Working Group subgroups presented their findings in the relevant areas of work, in particular regarding strategic priorities and practical tools for their implementation. Particular attention was paid to the results of the Matrix of Issues for the draft State Housing Policy Strategy, formed on the basis of requests and recommendations from World Bank experts.
Serhii Komnatnyi, Expert on Housing Policy and Urban Development, United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), outlined key framework approaches to aligning national housing policy with Ukraine's international commitments.
The Confederation of Builders of Ukraine was represented at the meeting by:

👤 Anna Layevska, Chair of the CBU Committee on Development, CEO of SIGMA+.
Participants also reviewed the status of data processing in response to requests from subgroups and appeals from international organizations for expert and technical support in preparing the draft Strategy.
Following the meeting, the interim results of the work were discussed and further steps and an action plan for the preparation of the draft State Housing Policy Strategy were determined.
