🤝 Strengthening Cooperation with Swedish Partners

On March 18, 2025, a meeting took place between representatives of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine and the Swedish company V94 AB. V94 AB aims to support Ukraine’s recovery and development through strategic investments and partnerships.

🎓 V94 AB is a Swedish company currently focused on vocational education to support Ukraine’s post-war economy and sustainable development. To achieve this, the company plans to support specialized vocational training in the construction sector to enhance the professional skills of builders and facilitate effective reconstruction.

🎓 Specifically, the company is considering the implementation of the VET4V program, designed to train veterans who already have construction skills. The training will focus on construction safety in accordance with EU standards. This program is particularly important, as Ukraine’s post-war recovery will require a large number of skilled professionals, while the current labor shortage could significantly slow down reconstruction efforts.

🤝 Oleksandr Chervak, CEO of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine, assured international partners of his readiness to cooperate for the high-quality, rapid, and efficient reconstruction of Ukraine.
