👷 Tomorrow! Roundtable "Construction Personnel for the Recovery of Ukraine: Roadmap for Developing the Capacity of the Construction Sector Workforce of Ukraine for 2026–2030"

On July 14, 2026, the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine, within the framework of the multi-donor Skills4Recovery initiative, will hold a roundtable "Construction Personnel for the Recovery of Ukraine: Roadmap for Developing the Capacity of the Construction Sector Workforce of Ukraine for 2026–2030".

🏗️ The event will become an important platform for discussing one of the key challenges of Ukraine's recovery — the shortage of qualified personnel in the construction industry and the need to form a modern system for training specialists in accordance with current market needs.

🌐 The initiative is co-financed by the European Union, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, and is implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and Solidarity Fund PL in partnership with Ukrainian institutions.

👥 The event will be attended by representatives of Ministries, international organizations, business, industry associations, educational institutions, the State Employment Center, the National Qualifications Agency, trade unions, and non-governmental organizations.

📌 The main goal of the event is to develop practical proposals for the draft Roadmap and to form systemic solutions to provide the construction industry with qualified personnel amid the large-scale recovery of Ukraine.
