🏗️ A general meeting of the Association "Regional Construction" — a member of the CBU Board of Directors — took place in Kharkiv
On May 19, 2026, a general meeting of the members of the Association "Regional Construction" (a member of the CBU Board of Directors) was held at the O.M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv.
The event was attended by:

👤 Roman Shabala, Deputy Mayor of Kharkiv
👤 Ihor Biletskyi, Head of the Council of the Association "Regional Construction"
👤 Andrii Paramonov, Director General of the Association "Regional Construction"
👥 as well as representatives of the construction industry, the professional community, and local self-government bodies.
Tetiana Yehorova-Lutsenko congratulated the Rector of the O.M. Beketov NUUEK, Ihor Biletskyi, on his election as the Head of the Council of the Association "Regional Construction". She also thanked the Honorary President of the Association and Vice President of the CBU, Oleksandr Kharchenko, for his many years of work and the professional position the Association has maintained all these years.
The Director General of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine (CBU), Oleksandr Chervak, emphasized the need to develop a strategic plan for the development of the construction industry in the frontline city.
🌐 He also announced the consideration of a number of organizational and industry initiatives, in particular regarding the strengthening of work in the housing and communal services sector, which are scheduled for the next meeting of the CBU Board of Directors, taking place as part of Business Day in June 2026.
Ihor Biletskyi, Head of the Council of the Association "Regional Construction", emphasized the need to establish mechanisms to support the construction business in a frontline region and to strengthen the role of the professional community in shaping industry decisions.
📍 The participants paid special attention to the preparation for the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 in Gdansk. It was noted that the Kharkiv region should be represented at international recovery platforms not just formally, but with specific projects, proposals, and its professional community.
