🤝 A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Kyiv School of Economics and the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine during CBU Business Day.

A vital part of this collaboration is KSE ProfTech — a vocational training center that prepares specialists for manufacturing, infrastructure projects, and related industries. Such programs enable the rapid filling of labor shortages and create a direct link between education and employment.

👥 The Memorandum was signed by Oleksandr Chervak, Executive Director of the CBU, and Mykhailo Shneider, CEO of KSE.

Key areas of interaction include:
💠 exchanging expertise on the needs of the construction industry;
💠 updating educational programs according to employer demands;
💠 providing information support and promoting training opportunities;
💠 popularizing technical professions among both adults and youth;
💠 developing career paths within the reconstruction sector.

📌 Under the memorandum, the parties will work on joint initiatives and the systemic development of human capital for the country's recovery.
