Yesterday, the CBU Business Day and an expanded meeting of the CBU Board of Directors took place!

The discussions during the CBU Business Day and the Board of Directors meeting focused on labor shortages, digitalization of document management, regulatory updates, financial models, and the latest industry trends.

The event gathered around 300 participants, including representatives of the Ukrainian construction business, industry associations, educational institutions, and international partners.

Following tradition, the official induction of new members into the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine took place during the CBU Board of Directors meeting.

✔️ During the meeting, the Board of Directors appointed Oleksandra Koval, Director of the development company LIZROM, as the Head of the CBU Representative Office in the Zakarpattia region.

✔️ A decision was also made to appoint Alla Novak, Director of the Kyiv Professional College of Civil Engineering, as the Deputy Head of the CBU Committee on Cooperation with Educational Institutions and Human Resources Development.

As part of the CBU Business Day, a memorandum of cooperation was signed with the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE). Within this framework, the parties will work on joint initiatives and the systematic development of human capital for the country's reconstruction.

🏅 Furthermore, Oleksandr Chervak, Executive Director of the CBU, presented the concept of the "Quality Mark" project. This initiative is being implemented by the CBU in cooperation with the sequa "Professional Synergy" project under the хештег#Skills4Recovery initiative.

The Board of Directors supported the decision to establish the Commission for Vocational Education and Certification for awarding the distinction.
