🎖 Applications are now open for the industry award "QUALITY MARK"!

🏗 In the construction industry, reputation is not built in a day. It is shaped over the years by the quality of work, responsibility, attitude towards people, and standards. It is specifically for such enterprises that the industry award «Quality award for Supporting Dual Education» ("QUALITY MARK") was created, and the application process to receive it has officially started.

👷 The "QUALITY MARK" is not just an award or a certificate. It is official confirmation that a company operates according to modern standards of vocational and dual education, invests in personnel training, implements a culture of mentorship, and ensures safe working conditions.

📣 All companies in the Ukrainian construction industry are invited to participate in the project — regardless of their membership in the CBU (Confederation of Builders of Ukraine).

The award system features three levels:
🥉 Level III — "PARTNER" Awarded to enterprises with a valid dual education agreement. This level confirms the enterprise's readiness for high-quality practical training of students.
🥈 Level II — "EXPERIENCED PARTNER" Awarded to enterprises with at least one year of participation in vocational or dual education projects, having their first graduates, and confirmed records of their employment.
🥇 Level I — "INDUSTRY BENCHMARK" The highest level of the award for enterprises with more than one year of stable operation, regular employment of graduates, and successful passing of certifications.

📌 Note: Based on the evaluation results, an enterprise may be awarded one of the award levels for a period of 24 months, subject to annual monitoring.

❗️ Please note that the award may be suspended, not renewed, or revoked in case of violation of occupational safety requirements, non-compliance with training conditions, or falsification of self-assessment data.

What does a company get after successful certification?
✅ The right to use the award symbols in its communication and promotional materials;
✅ Inclusion in the open Register of "QUALITY MARK" holders;
✅ Strengthened trust from clients, partners, investors, and international organizations;
✅ Additional opportunities for employer brand development;
✅ Support from the CBU in interacting with international partners, grant programs, and industry initiatives.
