🤝 CBU expands international cooperation for infrastructure reconstruction

On 24 March 2026, during the V Asphalt Days Forum in Ostróda, Poland, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine and the Polish Road Congress Assotiation (PKD).

📌 The aim of the Memorandum is for the parties to cooperate on the reconstruction of Ukraine’s destroyed infrastructure, drawing on international funding and the capabilities of Ukrainian enterprises.

Key areas of cooperation:

🔹 The introduction and promotion of innovative construction materials and technologies.

🔹 Improving transparency in the construction sector.

🔹 Developing proposals for programmes to improve the qualifications of workers.

🔹 Exchanging information and experience, as well as providing mutual support in representing interests and improving the regulatory environment.

   👥 On behalf of the CBU, the Memorandum was signed by Olena Shtohryn, the CBU’s Authorised Representative for Cooperation with the Polish Association of Construction Employers (PZPB), Managing Partner at Dictio Law Firm and a member of the CBU Board of Directors; and on behalf of the Polish Road Congress Assotiation - Zbigniew Kotlarek, Chairman of the Board of PKD.
