🏥 Development of a pilot project of typical hospital in cooperation between CBU and IHDA

Finnish partners of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine - representatives of the IHDA (Integrated Hospital Design Alliance): Jukka Vasara, Rami Kolehmainen, Henry Pesonen, arrived in Kyiv.

In particular, they took part in Business Day, within tha framework of the extended meeting of the Board of Directors of CBU, where they presented the activities of the alliance and described the details of support for each stage of hospital design, planning and construction.

IHDA unites leaders in all areas of health care infrastructure development, in particular in the areas of healthcare systems analysis, service and architectural design, master planning, engineering communications, constructive solutions, modern project management and digital solutions.

🤝IHDA companies started close cooperation on the development of the pilot project "Development of the project for reuse in the construction of a health care facility in Ukraine" for the needs of the construction of hospitals in Ukraine with the support of the Ministry of Community and Territories Development of Ukraine and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

And on October 2, representatives of all parties met to discuss the details of the project. In addition to the above representatives of IHDA, the meeting was attended by:

The partners get acquainted with the information necessary for further activities, discussed design features, regulatory bases for proper design of healthcare facilities, technical and medical tasks for design. Legal aspects of cooperation were also discussed. The representatives of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine presented the system of functioning of the medical sphere in Ukraine: peculiarities of the Ukrainian system of providing medical services (financing, levels of responsibility, coordination, reporting), profiles and types of services and interaction with other systems.

The result of cooperation should become a project available for reuse, which will undergo an examination and then be entered into the Single Electronic System in the Construction Sector. Upon completion of this project, the next stage of cooperation will be the construction of a pilot healthcare facility in Ukraine.
