👤Lev Partskhaladze, President of the CBU, joined the practical conference "Development of spatial planning of the territories of Kyiv region communities".

🌐During the speech at the panel "Business is looking for places in the communities of the region", he noted that the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine holds a meetings with potential foreign investors from Norway, Korea, Finland, the United Arab Emirates, etc almost every day.

💬"Today, international partners are no longer afraid of war. They have an understanding that the war may drag on, but they are ready to cooperate. Now investors come with an understanding of this," Lev Partskhaladze said.

Currently, there are a large number of financial and donor institutions that are ready to support Ukraine. For example, the World Bank, the European Investment Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, USAID, Caritas, NEFKO. Almost every country has a fund aimed at helping Ukraine. At most, each country develops its own "aid plan", for example, Norway has already approved and decided about the allocation of more than 7 billion dollars.

✔️Lev Partskhaladze emphasized that it is necessary to be prepared for the income of large funds already now. Communities need to develop comprehensive plans for the spatial development of the territory, projects for investments must be ready.

It is also important for communities to have an operational infrastructure. It should be understood that there is currently a great demand for housing in the country, but all migration processes must be taken into account. When a person moves to a new home, they also need a job. That is why this moment must also be taken into account and worked out in comprehensive plans for the spatial development of territories.

🏙️As one of the good solutions that communities should pay attention to when developing a plan - typical solutions. The President of the CBU vividly demonstrated typical projects, including educational institutions, kindergartens, developed by the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine, dispensaries, hospitals, police departments, Central Intelligence Agency, courts, city councils, administrations and security centers.

In the opinion of Lev Partskhaladze, such attractive projects contribute to residents staying in rural areas. But it is also important to develop technoparks and use the opportunities of the local area.

💬 "All investors are interested in ready-made projects, which are demographic sections of the settlement, etc. Therefore, let's start making comprehensive plans for the spatial development of the territories, and we, as a business association, will be able to join in helping to develop projects", Lev Partskhaladze emphasized.
