⚡ Energy independence and new standards: innovative solutions for modern real estate

At the Recovery Construction Forum Ukraine 3.0, Dmytro Struk, Development Director of Kreator-Bud (the general partner of the forum), shared the developer's ambitious plans and experience in implementing energy-efficient technologies in construction.

"We have rather ambitious plans. First, we have now established our quality standards, and we aim to transition all our existing projects to these standards. One of them, and the main one, is energy independence. In the Gravity Park project, we introduced the FreeWatt tariff, where people, residents, and investors pay half as much for electricity due to this very energy independence—through solar panels, and through all the technologies, batteries, and much more that we integrate into our residential complexes", noted Mr. Dmytro.
