📣 Legal and communication security for the construction business The construction industry operates under constant heightened scrutiny from regulatory and law enforcement agencies. The Tax Service, the Bureau of Economic Security (BES), the State Audit Service of Ukraine (SASU), and the Prosecutor's Office — each agency operates within its own domain, and inspections often occur in parallel. Supply chains, public procurement, and transaction processing — any of these areas can become grounds for initiating criminal proceedings.
