🏗️ From European experience to Ukrainian development Anna Anisimova, Commercial Director of "UKRTERRA INVESTBUD," which became a full member of the CBU (Confederation of Builders of Ukraine) on June 18, 2026, spoke about the company's development in Ukraine, the launch of its first flagship project, and the value of joining the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine.

💬 "The company specializes in the development of cottage communities and has German origins. We are just starting our operations in Ukraine, but in Germany, we have already completed over 100 real estate projects.
In the near future, we are launching our first project, Welton, in a 'city within a city' format. Its construction will begin in August, and we plan to present the first finished houses this autumn.

We are actively collaborating with banking institutions to create mortgage programs for buyers, and we see great potential for the development of the residential real estate market in Ukraine.

We joined the CBU to exchange experience with Ukrainian builders, gain industry expertise, participate in the improvement of the market and legislation, as well as to develop international cooperation and attract investments," noted Anna Anisimova.
