👷 Personnel for Recovery: A Roadmap for the Development of the Construction Industry until 2030

On July 14, 2026, the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine (CBU), within the framework of the multi-donor initiative Skills4Recovery, will hold a roundtable discussion "Construction Personnel for the Recovery of Ukraine: A Roadmap for Developing the Workforce Capacity of the Ukrainian Construction Sector for 2026–2030".

🏗️ The event will serve as an important platform for discussing one of the key challenges of Ukraine's recovery — the shortage of qualified personnel in the construction industry and the need to form a modern system of specialist training in accordance with current market needs.

🌐 The initiative is co-funded by the European Union, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, and is implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and Solidarity Fund PL in partnership with Ukrainian institutions.
