💙💛 Investing in human resources is the foundation of Ukraine's future reconstruction

Oleksandr Kharchenko, Vice President of the CBU (Confederation of Builders of Ukraine), Chairman of the Supervisory Board of JSC "Trust Zhytlobud-1", and Honorary President of the Association "Regional Construction", shared his vision for developing the human potential of the construction industry within the CBU's "QUALITY MARK" initiative.

The CBU's "QUALITY MARK" initiative is implemented in cooperation with the sequa project "Professional Synergy" within the хештег#Skills4Recovery initiative.

💬 "For us, personnel training is a strategic direction. O. M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv and Kharkiv Professional College of Construction and Industry are our strategic partners. We support the development of practical training centers, material and technical facilities, and a modern educational environment. The foundation of everything is dual education. Students work on real construction sites, in a design workshop, gaining experience and practical skills. Over one and a half thousand students have already completed practical training at our facilities.
The 'QUALITY MARK' initiative, implemented by the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine in cooperation with the international sequa project 'Professional Synergy', is extremely important for all builders in our country. It unites business and education around common standards for training specialists.

The reconstruction of Ukraine requires, first and foremost, investments in people, not just in construction. We will continue to support cooperation with educational institutions and prepare our future," noted Oleksandr Kharchenko.
