❓ From Opportunities to Implementation: How Businesses Can Join Reconstruction Projects

On April 22, 2026, within the framework of the Recovery Construction Forum Ukraine 3.0, a discussion panel titled "Entering Reconstruction Projects: Tools and Practices for Business" took place. It featured representatives of the government, international organizations, institutions, the expert community, businesses, as well as the public sector and media.

🗣️ The final discussion panel, moderated by Ivan Slobodianyk, Executive Director of the All-Ukrainian Association of Communities, and Denys Verhun, Editor-in-Chief of SPEKA, was dedicated to practical tools and mechanisms for businesses to enter Ukraine's reconstruction projects.

📍 Participants reviewed key aspects of working with international projects: from the differences between Ukrainian and international tenders and procurement procedures to FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) requirements, document preparation, qualifications, and experience. Special attention was paid to common mistakes made by contractors, as well as practical steps to prepare businesses for participation in the recovery.
