🏙 How the housing market in Ukraine is changing: analytics, challenges, and perspectives

🌐 On April 22, 2026, within the framework of the Recovery Construction Forum Ukraine 3.0, a discussion panel "New Housing Policy: From Compensation to a New Housing Stock" was held with representatives of the government, specialized state institutions, local self-government, business, and public organizations. It was moderated by Serhii Mamedov, Vice President of the CBU (Confederation of Builders of Ukraine) and Chairman of the Board of Globus Bank, who emphasized the importance of balancing supply and demand in the housing market.

As part of the discussion on the housing situation, experts and industry participants focused on the key challenges and prospects for the development of housing policy, real estate development, and housing affordability in Ukraine.
