👷♀️ Future Filigree: Resilience and the Energy of Change for Women Leaders in Construction
📆 On April 28, 2026, a private event titled "Future Filigree: Resilience and the Energy of Change for Women Leaders in Construction" was held to honor female leaders in the construction industry.
The event brought together participants from the industry rankings and featured personalities from the 2025–2026 special editions of Prof Build magazine. These are the women shaping the market’s strategic development, implementing vital infrastructure projects, and driving innovation in development, architecture, manufacturing of building materials, consulting, legislation, and professional education.
💬 "Today, women face an increasing number of challenges that demand solutions, and this was the catalyst for creating Prof Build Woman’s. The idea emerged in 2024 during the ReBuild Ukraine exhibition in Warsaw, when Kateryna Pylypchuk suggested a separate magazine dedicated to women in the construction industry. Subsequently, we conducted a ranking of industry leaders featuring 27 representatives of the professional community, which further confirmed that women play a crucial role in the development of the construction sector", noted Svitlana Shakh, founder of Prof Build magazine, during her opening remarks.
Lev Partskhaladze, President of the CBU, also addressed the participants with a welcoming speech, emphasizing the professional contribution and the growing role of women in the construction industry.
The editorial team of the specialized publication Prof Build implemented this project dedicated to female leadership in construction. As part of the initiative, an open online vote was held featuring 27 representatives from leading companies across key market segments—from development and architecture to the production of building materials and consulting.
The top five leaders of the ranking were honored during the event:
👤 Oksana Kulagina, President of the "Chayka" Group of Companies, Co-founder of the "OMOKS" development company.
👤 Anna Levandovska, Owner of "Audit-Consulting" LLC.
👤 Polina Ovcharova, Director of the "Budivelna Gildiya" (Construction Guild) Group of Companies.
👤 Anna Laievska, CEO of SIGMA+, Member of the Board of Directors of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine.
👤 Maryna Velychko, Director of "Metalomontazh" and Vice President of the Building Chamber of Ukraine.
🎙️ During the panel discussions, participants explored the factors behind long-term success in the industry, including the balance between reputational resilience and the quality of client engagement, approaches to evaluating professional performance, and the key elements required to transition from individual results to systemic scaling—ranging from digital standards and the regulatory environment to access to financial resources.
WE WILL WIN AND REBUILD EVERYTHING! 💪
TOGETHER TO VICTORY!
GLORY TO UKRAINE! 💙💛
