On March 18, 2026, during the extended meeting of the KBU Board of Directors held within Business Day KBU, Anna Laievska, Director of “SIGMA ENGINEERING PLUS” LLC (SIGMA+), a member of the KBU Board of Directors, presented the company’s activities and its approach to development.
🖇️ The company operates as a hybrid-format developer, attracting both international and domestic investors to complete existing projects and implement new ones across residential, commercial, hotel, and mixed-use segments.
It was noted that SIGMA+ currently manages a portfolio exceeding 500,000 square meters. A key priority and achievement for the company is the completion of projects that were suspended due to the war, with construction now resumed.
🏗️ Despite being a relatively young company (1.5 years), its team brings over 10–15 years of experience in the development sector. The company emphasizes transparency, openness, and responsible interaction with cities, communities, and clients as its core values.
🛖 In 2026, SIGMA+ plans to commission its first completed project, attract over USD 200 million in investments, and launch one or several new projects depending on market conditions.
