👤 Ihor Knyazev, Chief Banker, Sustainable Infrastructure Group, EBRD, will speak at Recovery Construction Forum 4.0, to be held on 13 November 2025 in Warsaw, Poland.

He will take part in the panel discussion “Instruments to Stimulate Ukraine’s Recovery and Opportunities for the Ukrainian Construction Sector.”

💬 “The event will present the key results of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Ukraine, with a focus on energy security and critical infrastructure. The discussion will highlight the EBRD’s strategic priorities for the near future and review examples of specific portfolio projects. In addition, we will outline opportunities for consultants and suppliers/contractors to participate in EBRD projects, taking into account the Bank’s procurement rules,” notes Ihor Knyazev.
