🏗️In a situation of lack of resources for reconstruction, attracting business investments becomes a matter not of choice, but of necessity

👤Liana Khorovytska, Executive Director of CORE Response in Ukraine, will be a speaker at the Recovery Construction Forum 3.0, which will be held on November 13, 2024 in Warsaw, Poland.

She will take part in a discussion panel “Reconstruction of Ukraine now: new challenges, priorities and sources of financing” and will speak on the topic "Rebuilding Ukraine: humanitarian aid as an investment in long-term business development".

💬“The scale of the destruction in the communities affected by the war requires the involvement of various options for aid - not only direct donor aid, but also potential foreign business partners. And the players of the international construction market are already working in Ukraine. Together with the Korean partner SAE-A, during the 2 years of the war, we have already implemented or are currently implementing almost two dozen infrastructure projects. And our experience shows that such cooperation is effective and beneficial for all participants, so this practice should spread. In a situation of lack of resources for reconstruction, attracting business investment becomes a matter not of choice, but of necessity. And Ukraine has something to offer to business in return”, Liana Khorovytska notes.
