🏗️ In Vinnytsia, participants of the SAFER Reconstruction project were recognized and the development of human resources potential was discussed
📍 On July 24, 2026, the Vinnytsia Professional College of Construction, Architecture and Design hosted an event within the framework of the international project SAFER Reconstruction, dedicated to developing the human resource potential of the construction industry and supporting veterans through professional training and employment.
🤝 The event was attended by representatives of V94 AB (Sweden), a strategic business partner of the CBC and the project organizer — founder Stefan Hallden, co-founder Mikael Hollberg, director Edward von Knorring, and labor potential development adviser Snizhana Leu-Severynenko; the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration — Director of the Department of Humanitarian Policy Tetiana Kamenshchuk, Director of the Department of Veteran Policy Andrii Grachov, Head of the International Cooperation Department Olena Lipach; the Vinnytsia Professional College of Construction, Architecture and Design — Director Nataliia Bondarchuk and Deputy Director Olha Buleiko.
👤 The Confederation of Builders of Ukraine was represented at the event by CEO Oleksandr Chervak.
🏢 The project also involved representatives from the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture (a member of the CBC Board of Directors), the Ukrainian Veterans Foundation, BDO Ukraine, the Civic Education Teachers Association, as well as partner companies of the project — Creator-Bud, Yaguar, TREST KMB-3 LLC, Kyivmiskbud, Rubicon Holding, and Khmilnyk-Budlaif LLC (members of the CBC Board of Directors), as well as LCD-Bud LLC and Vir-Zakhid Bud PE.
🎓 During the event, partners summarized the results of the next implementation stage of SAFER Reconstruction and presented certificates to the program participants. As V94 AB emphasizes, safe reconstruction begins first and foremost with people.
🇺🇦 The SAFER Reconstruction project combines international experience, education, and practice at construction sites. Its goal is to train qualified personnel for the reconstruction of Ukraine and to develop partnerships between educational institutions, businesses, and international organizations.
