🎓 Investments of the construction industry in education and the future of Ukraine: the "CBU QUALITY MARK" initiative stimulates the development of practical training for personnel

On June 18, 2026, during the CBU Business Day, Volodymyr Onyshchenko, Head of the CBU Qualification Commission for the implementation of the industry assessment (award) system "CBU QUALITY MARK" in cooperation with the sequa project "Professional Synergy" within the хештег#Skills4Recovery initiative, President and Chairman of the Academic Council of the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic," outlined key areas of interaction between construction business and education for high-quality specialist training, particularly in the context of developing practical training and dual education.

💬 "Today, when the issue of high-quality practical training of personnel for the construction industry is particularly relevant, it is extremely important that CBU has created an attestation and qualification commission for assessing the quality and activities of construction enterprises and awarding them with three levels: bronze, silver, and gold awards.
These awards are, first and foremost, a stimulus and motivation for enterprises to actively implement the dual form of education and implement agreements on practical training for students of vocational education institutions, colleges, technical schools, and higher education institutions of Ukraine.

Today, investments by construction industry enterprises in the future of Ukraine, in youth, and in educational institutions to create a high-quality laboratory base are extremely important, which will contribute to the high-quality practical training of future specialists. And it is the CBU awards that are a good stimulus and motivation for such investments," noted Volodymyr Onyshchenko.
