Meeting of the Board of Directors of the CBU February 20, 2024

👥On February 20, 2024, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the CBU was held, which brought together representatives of the authorities and leaders of the construction industry.

☝️This is the first meeting of the Board of Directors of the CBU this year, so the participants discussed the results of 2023 and plans for 2024, as well as the consolidation of construction business efforts to rebuild Ukraine and help defenders.

✔️Vasyl Uryvko, Commander of the military unit, 228 separate logistics battalion

👤Lev Partskhaladze, President of the CBU, welcomed all the participants and introduced them to the agenda. He noted that since the last meeting of the Board of Directors, there have been many changes and developments in the construction industry.

💬 "The year 2023 has once again become a test for the entire country, for every industry, for every Ukrainian. However, we all persevered and continued to work for the sake of one - Victory", Lev Partskhaladze said.

In addition, the President of the CBU briefed the audience about the holding of large forums - in Kyiv and Warsaw, the Confederation's cooperation with international partners, the signing of Memoranda, as well as plans for 2024.

🇺🇦He noted that the CBU is not stopping and announced that on April 11, 2024, together with partners, it will hold a large-scale Recovery Construction Forum Ukraine.

Also, within the framework of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the CBU, a new Committee of the CBU on normative and legislative activities was created, and Olga Sydorchuk, the head of the law firm SEMPRA LAW, a member of the Board of Directors of the CBU, was elected as Head of new Committee of the CBU.

In addition, an authorized representative of the CBU on cooperation in the Republic of Poland was appointed, who became Vladyslav Ivanov, the Vice President in Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce on the Polish side, with which the Confederation signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in the fall of 2023.
