🤝 On May 31, 2024, the CBU held a working meeting with NOCON - Norwegian Construction.
👤During the meeting, Lev Partskhaladze, President of the CBU, Oleksandr Chervak, Executive Director of the CBU, Olena Molotkova, Business Manager of the CBU, Trond Håkon Olsen, Owner/Strategic Advisor of NOCON AS, and Dmytro Prymak, Advisor of the Norwegian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce, with other colleagues discussed the current situation on the Ukrainian construction market and opportunities for foreign companies:
🔹Pilot project of construction of schools in two separate territorial communities of Odesa region (wooden construction technology). Possibilities of revision of the current State Construction Standards, which regulate issues of wooden structures in Ukraine.
🔹Interest of Norwegian investors of construction materials manufacturers for placing their productions in prospective technology parks of Ukraine. Search for warehouses for placing products of wooden windows according to Norwegian technologies.
🔹Risk insurance options for Norwegian companies in Ukraine.
🔹The problem of lack of labor resources and their attraction from other countries, including Norway.
🔹The situation in the market of wall panels of Ukraine and their production from recycled building materials. The possibility of conducting marketing research.
🔹Cooperation with the UNIDO project. Possibilities of preliminary financial assessment of future restoration projects.
