He also talked about the latest events related to the reconstruction of Ukraine, in particular, the Ukraine Recovery Conference, the Forum for the Reconstruction of Ukraine, organized by Polish partners, the economic forum "Reconstruction of Ukraine: The Role of the Republic of Moldova", in which representatives of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine directly participated.
✔️Lev Partskhaladze shared some strategic plans of the CBU, and noted that the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine will continue to work and expand its international ties in order to rebuild a modern and progressive Ukraine.
☝️An important event at the Business Club of the CBU was the signing of the Memorandum on Cooperation between the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine and the Swiss Foundation for Technical Development Cooperation "Swisscontact".

The main purpose of the Memorandum:
🔸 implementation of joint tasks and projects, in particular in the field of professional (vocational and technical) education;
🔸consolidation of efforts to restore Ukrainian infrastructure and buildings destroyed as a result of brutal russian aggression;
🔸cooperation in creating favorable conditions for attracting direct investment resources in the process of restoration of Ukraine and development of the construction industry;
🔸promoting the creation of equal competitive conditions for all construction market participants;
🔸providing conditions for reforming and developing the construction industry of Ukraine.

🗣️ Traditionally, the Head of the Starobilsk Territorial Community, which, unfortunately, is currently under occupation, was invited to participate in the Business Club of the CBU. Yana Litvinova spoke about the importance of setting up high-quality shelters for the protection of the civilian population, as well as about the problems and challenges faced by the Starobilsk community during the full-scale invasion.
"If the state sees sense in our existence, even despite two years of occupation, then we, together with the state, together with our defenders, believe that the de-occupation will take place. Therefore, we are making plans, speaking at the platforms, and we have already worked with international partners and understand which of them can be involved in the restoration of Luhansk Oblast and directly of the Starobilsk Territorial Community," said Yana Litvinova.

🗣️Oleksandr Androsovych talked about new projects in construction, their dynamics and regional distribution, about prices for primary and secondary housing, about sales and their assessment by LUN.
He noted that despite the constant attacks of the aggressor, construction does not stop. New housing estates are being actively created in the regions, and their number is constantly growing.

🗣️GTP UNDP experts Nadiia Bondarchuk and Kateryna Yaroshenko talked about the peculiarities and problems of implementing the Programs for the Reconstruction of Ukraine.
In particular, Kateryna Yaroshenko emphasized: "The Recovery program is a demonstration program. If you take part and have experience in the implementation of the project under the Recovery Program, then you will have the experience to participate in other budget programs."
Kateryna Yaroshenko added that the main beneficiaries of the Program are communities. She also noted that the amount of the Program is EUR 340 million and added that in May in Berlin, the Government of Ukraine and the EIB signed the third financial agreement under the PVA program with a financing amount of EUR 100 million.
Nadiia Bondarchuk talked about the features of the Program, its advantages, problems and ways to solve them. She invited all present participants of the Business Club of the CBU to join the Program.

🗣️Kateryna Oliynyk provided information about the reservation of employees at enterprises and innovations related to the reservation procedure.
In particular, she noted: "Now the ministries are very carefully checking the activities of the companies that are submitted for reservation. They pay attention to public information, they check the participation of companies in tender purchases, that is, all enterprises are thoroughly investigated in order to avoid abuse of the system of recognizing the enterprise as critical”.
She also spoke about the new Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on electronic booking, which provides:
💠Electronic booking through the Diya portal.
💠The possibility of booking employees with scarce military accounting specialties.
💠The reservation period for critical enterprises that is up to 12 months (or for the duration of the contract for the Armed Forces or other military formations).
💠Reservation of up to 100% of employees of enterprises of the defense-industrial complex and energy industry, etc.
💠The manager must confirm that the employees have clarified their data regarding being on military registration.
💠Reservation of final beneficial owners and members of Supervisory Boards is allowed (under certain conditions).

🗣️Yulia Skichko provided information about the "Alef Stroy" school of construction equipment operators, which is focused on predominantly training women in the management of construction equipment.
The program provides:
🔸9 months of free education;
🔸mastering 15 units of specialized construction equipment on the training ground;
🔸receipt of a state certificate confirming the qualification obtained.
"This program has already been launched and is beginning its practical implementation with the assistance of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the "Competitive Economy of Ukraine" branch of USAID on the basis of the Nemyshaiv Vocational Technical School in partnership with the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine. We implement this program directly, as a company that rents construction equipment", said Yulia Skichko.

🗣️Anton Chumak presented the Mono BTI application and talked about the main principles of its work.
In the video, Mr. Chumak demonstrated the operation of the application and explained: "This is an iPhone application that creates a 3D model of the room by scanning the surface with sensors that are built into the iPhone and translates this model into an AutoCAD file with further editing and the possibility of making changes."

🗣️Ihor Arkhypenko talked about the peculiarities of public procurement of construction works and services on the E-Tender platform, including the Prozorro market, the Prozorro sales system, commercial procurement and sales.
"The state and all of us really want the reconstruction to go through the Prozorro system. Because if you look at the way purchases are made with donor funds in other systems, there are much fewer opportunities for Ukrainian businesses to get additional financing," said Mr. Arkhypenko.
E-Tender company provides unique offers for еру СBU members:
🔹Personal manager for each СBU member.
🔹Free legal consultations and 2 legal services (analysis of the participant's documents before submission, review of the competitor's documents with the possibility of appeal).
🔹Analysis of the market for capacity and prospects.
At the end of the meeting, participants of the CBU Business Club had the opportunity to chat and discuss possible areas of cooperation.
WE WILL WIN AND REBUILD EVERYTHING! 💪

GLORY TO UKRAINE! 💙💛
