👷Reintegration of veterans into the working environment
🌐 Oleksandr Chervak, CEO of CBU, took part in a partnership meeting organized by the USAID Programme "Competitive Economy of Ukraine" - on the topic "Inclusive business: new horizons of economic development".
Theodora Dell, Deputy Mission Director at USAID Ukraine, opened the meeting with a welcome speech.
The event was dedicated to the reintegration of veterans and people with disabilities into the working environment, which is an important aspect of social stability and economic development of Ukraine.
🤝Participants reviewed not only the experience and insights of Ukrainian entrepreneurs, but also practical tools for organizing and maintaining an inclusive environment within their business that meets the needs of each employee.
Barrier-free space, adaptation of workplaces and processes are of particular importance for the successful reintegration of veterans.
👤 During the meeting, special attention was paid to how to organize the return and active involvement of veterans in work roles. Tetyana Berezhna, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine, and Viktoriya Nazarenko, General Secretary of the National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine, informed about the specifics of the reintegration of veterans.
🏗️Organizations that are ready to hire veterans and create suitable conditions for them play a key role in the process of economic recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine. In particular, this applies to the construction industry, which has great potential for development and requires qualified personnel.
It is extremely important that every Ukrainian has the opportunity to work and realize their talents in any field.
Such measures are extremely important today. We thank USAID for such initiatives and support of Ukraine. The Confederation of Builders of Ukraine, for its part, is open to close cooperation in solving the issue of the lack of qualified personnel in the construction sector.

WE WILL WIN AND REBUILD EVERYTHING! 💪
TOGETHER TO VICTORY!
GLORY TO UKRAINE! 💙💛
