The Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine presented a new EU programme — EU4Reconstruction

The Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine presented the EU4Reconstruction programme, which will become a strategic platform for the transparent and effective recovery of the country in partnership with the EU.

The programme is planned to run until 2028 and provides for:

🔹 strengthening institutional capacity in the field of public investment management;

🔹 supporting reforms in the construction sector;

🔹 development of communities and regions in accordance with EU standards;

🔹 involvement of civil society in monitoring and decision-making, etc.

On May 6, 2025, a meeting took place between representatives of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine and members of the assessment mission within the EU4Reconstruction Programme. Participants discussed information that could be useful for the implementation of the Programme.

The Confederation of Builders of Ukraine shared information that will contribute to dialogue and the development of the EU4Reconstruction initiative.

The participants discussed opportunities for further cooperation for Ukraine’s recovery and the development of the construction sector.
