🏗️ "Ukraine needs at least another billion square meters of new housing": Lev Partskhaladze on the future of the construction market, investments, and the country's reconstruction

The President of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine, Lev Partskhaladze, was a guest on an author's project by TASCOMBANK, a member of the CBU, on the Video NV YouTube channel, dedicated to key challenges and development prospects for the Ukrainian economy, business, and the investment environment during the war.

During the interview, they discussed the current state of the construction industry, the transformation of the real estate market, the demand for housing during the war, and the prospects for post-war reconstruction in Ukraine. Special attention was paid to the role of the banking sector in financing construction, the development of mortgage programs, mechanisms for attracting investment, and the formation of new approaches to implementing development projects.

🗨️ Lev Partskhaladze also spoke about Ukraine's need for a large-scale renewal of its housing stock, the integration of the Ukrainian construction market into the European space, and the challenges currently facing developers and construction companies.
