🎌 Ukrainian-Japanese Reconstruction Partnership: JUPITeR "Public-Private Mission" Seminar Held

On March 4, 2026, a seminar organized by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan regarding cooperation with JUPITeR business partners, titled "Public-Private Mission," took place. The event was dedicated to developing partnerships between Ukrainian and Japanese companies in the fields of reconstruction and infrastructure projects.

🧑‍💻 During the seminar, a range of technological and engineering solutions applicable to Ukraine's reconstruction was presented. Specifically, participants discussed the potential of modular housing and facility construction, which allows for shorter project timelines while ensuring high construction quality.

🏗️ Special attention was given to waste management technologies, emergency recovery, and resource recycling. Modern excavation and soil improvement methods were also highlighted, including the Twister method and SILENT PILER technology—a press-in piling method with ultra-low noise and vibration levels used for constructing retaining walls, foundations, and engineering structures.

🫧 Furthermore, solutions for the construction and modernization of water and sewage infrastructure, automation of construction machinery, and optimization of supply chain logistics were presented. The seminar also covered specialized underwater equipment for detecting and neutralizing unexploded ordnance, which is crucial for the restoration of river and port infrastructure.

💭 Oleksandr Chervak, Executive Director of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine, held several meetings with representatives of Japanese companies during the seminar, including:
